HER STORY is a Women's History Month recognition campaign created specifically for the early childhood education community. Each week in March, we invite educators, leaders, and advocates to pause and honor the women who have shaped this field — the mentors who stayed late, the directors who opened doors, the teachers who never stopped believing in the power of the work.
This campaign is rooted in encouragement, appreciation, and community. Whether you are a seasoned ECE professional or just beginning your journey, there is a woman in your story worth celebrating. Together, we amplify voices that are too often overlooked — and we do it with intention, warmth, and the luxury of being truly seen.
This is more than a hashtag. This is a movement of recognition.

Her Story Challenge
Recognize a woman in ECE who made an impact. Share what she did that mattered.
Week 2
Her Story Letters
Complete our simple fill-in-the-blank letter template to honor a woman who poured into you. Post it, tag her, or send it privately.

Surprise Spotlight Week
We spotlight a special ECE woman who has inspired and supported our Thrive & Restore community.

Mini Podcast Series
